Who is Loyalty NZ?

Loyalty New Zealand is New Zealand’s expert in loyalty, and runs the largest and most comprehensive coalition loyalty programme in New Zealand – Fly Buys.  In addition to this Loyalty New Zealand undertakes a range of marketing services for clients including customer insights, analytics, modelling and reporting under its brand LAB360. A key part of our organisation is our Client Services Team, who work closely with our clients.

The Role

Our Account Manager works closely with our Account Director in managing relationships for a significant portfolio of clients. This wide-ranging role includes elements of relationship management, sales/business development and marketing strategy.

You will gain a strong understanding of our clients’ businesses, and their objectives in relation to Fly Buys, and build shared agendas to allow both our clients, and Loyalty, to succeed.

The nature of this role means exceptional relationship management skills, Account Management 101 brilliance, and an eye for detail are expected, along with consultative selling abilities. Getting results will be a key motivator for you, as will a genuine focus on providing a great customer experience for your clients. We’re looking for someone who has had proven experience (3-5 years plus) in an account/relationship manager role – ideally in a retail, business to business or FMCG environment.

You’ll naturally be proactive, and open minded to new ways of doing things.
