Who is Loyalty NZ?
Loyalty New Zealand is New Zealand’s expert in loyalty and runs the largest and most comprehensive coalition loyalty programme in New Zealand – Fly Buys. In addition to this Loyalty New Zealand undertakes a range of marketing services for clients including customer insights, analytics, modelling and reporting under its brand LAB360.
We’re looking for a Business Director to join our Client Partnerships team – leveraging Loyalty NZ’s leading data, marketing and consulting capabilities, driving financial performance for our clients and directing strategic business outcomes for Loyalty NZ and our clients.
If you’re a high performer who is obsessed with providing the highest level of customer service while driving for results, then this role will be of interest. You’ll be working very closely with a portfolio of our key clients. You will be responsible for delivering significant revenue to Loyalty, as well as ensuring strong returns for your clients. You’ll need to harness and maximise the wider skills across Loyalty NZ to achieve your client’s goals – so a collaborative approach is key.
This is a varied and demanding role. We’re looking for someone who has:
- A proven record as a high performer
- The ability to strategically and creatively, develop compelling proposals
- A strong background in Relationship/Account Management, dealing with large corporate clients, ideally in the FMCG and/or finance sectors.
- Experience developing and implementing business strategies
- Consultative sales skills
- A working knowledge of loyalty programmes (preferred)
This role has a direct report, so we’re looking for someone who has both experience and a desire for people leadership.
You’ll be adaptable and open to change – bold and curious about new ideas. You will demonstrate long term thinking when making decisions.
You look for ways to do things more effectively and efficiently. Collaboration is a must; you will be someone who shares information to help your team – putting team goals first and providing mentorship and coaching to enable their growth.
