Who is Loyalty NZ?

Loyalty New Zealand is New Zealand’s expert in loyalty, and runs the largest and most comprehensive coalition loyalty programme in New Zealand – Fly Buys.  In addition to this Loyalty New Zealand undertakes a range of marketing services for clients including customer insights, analytics, modelling and reporting under its brand LAB360.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Change Manager to join the team – ensuring change initiatives at Loyalty are delivered on time and on budget. This is a new role at Loyalty, so you will essentially be designing a change management practice – creating and implementing change management strategies and processes that maximise employee adoption and minimise resistance to change.

You’ll work to drive faster adoption of change, with higher utilisation and proficiency, providing advice to stakeholders on roll-out strategy and process. Quickly understanding the organisational culture and determining how to best effect change will be key to succeeding in this role.

We’re looking for someone qualified and experienced in Lean Change Management, with 5+ years’ experience driving and delivering change initiatives.

Our ideal candidate will also have:

  • Exception written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to develop, maintain and strengthen relationships with stakeholders
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of the challenges an organisation faces

Essentially you will have an in-depth understanding of how people go through change, and how best to lead them through the change.
