Loyalty New Zealand is New Zealand’s expert in loyalty, and runs the largest and most comprehensive coalition loyalty programme in New Zealand – Fly Buys. In addition to this Loyalty New Zealand provides a range of valuable services for clients including marketing campaigns, and providing customer insights, analytics, modelling and reporting under its analytics consultancy brand LAB360.
Our Ponsonby based team is looking for a Client Marketing Specialist. Our team help encourage customers to engage and shop within the Fly Buys network, earning Fly Buys points to redeem on a huge range of rewards.
You’ll be responsible for managing the end to end delivery of direct marketing campaigns for our client New World, as well as supporting campaigns for our other clients, across a variety of channels.
This is a very hands-on role – it’s a fast-paced environment and client satisfaction is a high priority. You’ll bring:
