Recently, we put our Crew’s Fly Buys Knowledge to the test with the Fly Buys Crew Quiz.

How it worked

This promotion was designed to engage and continue to educate our Crew about the Fly Buys programme. Our Fly Buys Quiz was a huge success, with over 30% of our Crew taking part. We received record high engagement from those involved, our Crew Quiz achieving an average play time of 6 mins and our eDM’s producing top unique open rates and click through rates, our unique open rate reaching 76.16% (industry av 18.4%) & our unique click through rate reaching up to 100% for certain segments of our deployments (industry av 2.12%).

This campaign has given our team important insights into the strengths & weaknesses of our front line staff, and helped us understand where to focus our energy, not to mention a rewarding and engaging way to communicate with our Crew.
