Hamish joined Loyalty NZ in September 2014 in the newly formed role of GM Customer Value, and is responsible for leading the company’s transformation into a customer-led organisation. His key areas of focus is the development and delivery of the data, digital and channel strategies and practices. Hamish’s team delivers the marketing functions of the business including brand, marketing, communications, product, customer experience, digital channels and the e-commerce rewards store.
Hamish’s career has spanned a variety of industries, organisations and functional disciplines and he even toyed with the idea of becoming a professional golfer. These days, he spends more time encouraging his three kids with their sport rather than playing his own, but can be occasionally talked into a round or two.
