Who is Loyalty NZ?

Loyalty New Zealand is New Zealand’s expert in loyalty, and runs the largest and most comprehensive coalition loyalty programme in New Zealand – Fly Buys.  In addition to this Loyalty New Zealand undertakes a range of marketing services for clients including customer insights, analytics, modelling and reporting under its brand LAB360.

The Role

The Head of Client Partnerships is a key role in the Loyalty NZ Extended Leadership Team, responsible for achieving strategic outcomes for both us, and our 40+ key partners in a measurable and very tangible way.

The core focus is to essentially enhance our partner base – making Loyalty NZ indispensable as their Loyalty expert of choice. You’ll develop strong commercial relationships with our partners to enable them to cross-leverage our suite of services.

This role contains elements of people leadership and development, partnership/stakeholder management, strategy development, financial management and managing internal relationships to deliver successful outcomes.

We’re looking for someone with proven leadership and mentoring experience. You will have extensive relationship/account management, or sales management, experience – ideally in a B2B context. You’ll have dealt with a wide range of large corporate clients, and have a strong track record of achieving and exceeding goals. This role also requires experience working with all levels within an organisation, but particularly the senior/executive level.

You will have commercial acumen and be able to develop long-term relationships based on mutual trust and confidence. A subject-matter expertise in an area applicable to Loyalty NZ is preferred, as is experience within a marketing agency, or large-scale, complex commercial environment. A working knowledge of Loyalty programmes is also a plus.
