We are looking for a Loyalty Manager with broad business experience to join our Customer Engagement team. This fixed-term (six months) position will leverage the full capabilities of Loyalty NZ to positively affect Paper Plus’ business outcomes. You’ll identify opportunities to drive business growth, then work to scope and implement them.
You will be using data and analytics to drive decision-making (via our exceptional analytics teams) and developing strong working relationship across both businesses. This role will require some flexibility, you’ll need to gain an understanding of the cultural fit of two companies, as well as work from two offices. This role will predominantly be based in Manukau (at Paper Plus head office), but you’ll also spend time in Loyalty’s Ponsonby-based office.
Loyalty NZ employees are passionate about what they do – we are looking for someone who is also hungry for a challenge, and results driven. Relationship management experience across senior and operational levels, and a strong understanding of retail and direct marketing will give you an advantage in the role.
You’ll need to be a confident presenter, and comfortable with digital channels and emerging media. A background in driving business insights through the use of data and analytics is a must.
