Who is Loyalty NZ?
Loyalty New Zealand is New Zealand’s expert in loyalty, and runs the largest and most comprehensive coalition loyalty programme in New Zealand – Fly Buys. In addition to this Loyalty New Zealand undertakes a range of marketing services for clients including marketing campaigns and customer insights, analytics, modelling and reporting under its brand LAB360.
Due to the recent on-boarding of a strategically significant new partner to Fly Buys, we’re looking for a Manager – Client Marketing to join our Wellington team, managing a Client Marketing Specialist to create and deliver data-driven campaigns that achieve outstanding results!
Our team encourage customers to engage and shop within the Fly Buys network, earning Fly Buys points to redeem on a huge range of rewards. The Manager – Client Marketing is a key marketing contact for our clients - some of New Zealand’s leading retailers and service organisations.
This is a leadership role – however is still very much ‘hands on’, and we are a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
We’re looking for someone who can bring:
- A sound, working knowledge of end-to-end multi-channel campaigns
- A strategic mindset and a strong understanding of how data drives outcomes
- Solid, relevant marketing experience (5 years plus)
- Proven leadership experience
You’ll work well in busy environment and be able to effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines. You will be able to create opportunities for your team to learn and develop, providing motivation and empowering them to excel in their role.
We need someone who can demonstrate long-term thinking and look for opportunities to optimise our processes and exceed client expectations. We always look for opportunities to do things better, faster and more efficiently.
