Who is Loyalty NZ?
Loyalty New Zealand is New Zealand’s expert in loyalty, and runs the largest and most comprehensive coalition loyalty programme in New Zealand – Fly Buys. In addition to this Loyalty New Zealand undertakes a range of marketing services for clients including customer insights, analytics, modelling and reporting under its brand LAB360.
The Strategic Communications Manager, is an exciting role for Loyalty, responsiblefor creating strategic communications that build both internal and external perceptions of LNZLs operating brands.
This role will manage the strategy and implementation for stakeholder engagement - through public relations, event design and execution, leveraging sponsorships and partnerships, and managing key external relationships. You’ll also have responsibility for our Client Communication strategy – writing and managing the distribution of key client communications.
You’ll be responsible for Internal Communications – designing and implementing objectives, messaging and requirements for key employee communications. This role will also work closely with other internal teams to ensure our communications around change management communications are relevant and appropriate.
The Strategic Communications Manager, will work with our Lab360 team on brand management and communications promotion our services to clients.
This will be a busy, critical role in our organisation, so we need someone who can operate in a fast-paced environment, producing quality work under pressure. You’ll have extensive (six years plus) experience in communications within a strong relationship-building commercial environment.
You’ll be both a creative and strategic thinker, who has experience briefing and guiding agencies, and building strong relationships with stakeholders; and who also enjoys detail at a planning and executional campaign level.
The self-confidence to sell your ideas and support our clients will be key, as will superior writing and presentation skills. The ability to make complex things seem simple will set you up for success.
