Who is Loyalty NZ?

Loyalty New Zealand is New Zealand’s expert in loyalty, and runs the largest and most comprehensive coalition loyalty programme in New Zealand – Fly Buys.  In addition to this Loyalty New Zealand undertakes a range of marketing services for clients including customer insights, analytics, modelling and reporting under its brand LAB360.

The Role

We’re looking to grow our Marketing Information Analyst team – their number one focus is delivering accurate, timely data for targeted marketing campaigns and then reporting on their outcomes. 

Working alongside our Client Marketing Team, you will be responsible for data briefing, extracting, analysis and presentation of data for campaigns, as well as timely and accurate campaign reporting. You will also be responsible for providing valuable high-level commentary and insight on campaign outcomes.

You will be responsive and collaborative in a dynamic environment and definitely have a genuine passion for the client and their marketing goals.

You’ll be an ideal candidate if you can bring:

  • Experience with SQL coding
  • Experience coding in base SAS
  • Proven ability to work agile, managing multiple deadline driven tasks
  • Experience in analytics within a business or marketing environment
  • Experience with Python will be a plus!

You’ll also be collaborative, with excellent communication and relationship management skills.

You will be someone who is adaptable and open to change – embracing opportunities to learn and share your knowledge with others, and looking to ways to do things better, faster and more efficiently.
