 Who is Loyalty NZ?

Loyalty New Zealand is New Zealand's expert in loyalty, and runs the largest and most comprehensive coalition loyalty programme in New Zealand – Fly Buys.  In addition to this Loyalty New Zealand undertakes a range of marketing services for clients including customer insights, analytics, modelling and reporting under its brand LAB360.

The Role

Lab360 has an opportunity for a Marketing Insight Manager to focus on managing and delivering actionable and substantiated insights and recommendations for Fly Buys campaigns, that align to our clients’ business needs and objectives.

The focus for the role is to translate PCA data outputs into meaningful commentary and recommendations. You will have a sound understanding of effective marketing measurement and an excellent track records of articulating results to a marketing audience in an engaging and easy to understand manner.

The successful candidate will have a broad range of experience in marketing and measurement across different brands, markets, customer groups and channels and demonstrate an ability to adapt common principles and shared learnings to different situations and clients.

The role requires a high quality of output in terms of accuracy, consistency, interpretation and standard of presentation. You will need to be responsive, collaborative and be able to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Our ideal candidate will come armed with a willingness to listen and the ability to strive towards continuous process improvement. You must have 4+ years’ experience in project management and client delivery roles, experience with direct or database marketing in a fast-paced environment, an ability to think beyond “the data” and produce strategic business insights, and have some experience with the Microsoft Office suite of products.  Also, a relevant tertiary qualification (eg commerce, marketing) or a Certificate of Direct Marketing.
