Who is Loyalty NZ?

Loyalty New Zealand is New Zealand’s expert in loyalty, and runs the largest and most comprehensive coalition loyalty programme in New Zealand – Fly Buys.  In addition to this Loyalty New Zealand undertakes a range of marketing services for clients including customer insights, analytics, modelling and reporting under its brand LAB360.

The role

In this fantastic fixed-term position, we are looking for someone with a unique set of skills to improve customer engagement through our social media programme and the data-driven lifecycle marketing programme of work for Fly Buys.

It is a key role in evolving these important communications programmes of work within a core marketing brand team of eight.  You’ll also develop collaborative relationships with teams across the business to create personalised and relevant customer experiences. 

You’ll be someone who understands data, and knows how to use data insights to drive better experiences for customers.  You’ll be up to date with media trends and opportunities, particularly in the direct and social space.    

It’s both a strategic and hands on role – you’ll need the vision and understanding about how all the pieces fit together, but also be able to dive into the detail to get initiatives delivered.

The right person will be highly engaged with social media, experienced with direct marketing campaigns and channels and are a senior marketer and someone who wants to evolve one of New Zealand’s most iconic brands.
