Who is Loyalty NZ?

Loyalty New Zealand is New Zealand’s expert in loyalty, and runs the largest and most comprehensive coalition loyalty programme in New Zealand – Fly Buys.  In addition to this Loyalty New Zealand undertakes a range of marketing services for clients including customer insights, analytics, modelling and reporting under its brand LAB360.

The Role

The Operations Support Analyst provides the technical expertise to ensure the optimum operation of the Fly Buys processing systems.

In any given day, you will produce several SQL reports, offer advice and analysis to multiple stakeholders, monitor and resolve operational issues, improve existing processes and perform daily administration tasks. You will be the champion for knowledge management and will fast become a subject matter expert that your colleagues and stakeholders will seek out.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Experience writing SQL queries and familiarity with databases
  • 2+ years’ experience providing technical support
  • Proven ability in juggling work and managing expectations across stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, IDM UltraEdit and other office productivity software for manipulation and presentation of information;
  • An analytical mind, with the ability to interpret data and an interest in problem solving.

An understanding of marketing and retail promotion practices (especially relating to loyalty programmes) will be an advantage.
