Who is Loyalty NZ?
Loyalty New Zealand is New Zealand's expert in loyalty, and runs the largest and most comprehensive coalition loyalty programme in New Zealand – Fly Buys. In addition to this Loyalty New Zealand undertakes a range of marketing services for clients including customer insights, analytics, modelling and reporting under its brand LAB360.
We have a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned direct marketing professional to join our Auckland-based team for a 12-month fixed term period.
As an experienced marketing specialist, you will manage the scoping, planning and delivery of campaigns across multiple direct and digital channels to make Fly Buys customers want to engage and shop within the Fly Buys network, collect points and get rewards. This role will be the key day-to-day marketing contact for one of our largest clients (under the leadership of a Marketing Manager).
It is also a get your hands dirty role in a fast-paced environment - including all aspects of campaign delivery. It will suit someone who can hit the ground running, and loves creating and implementing campaigns that change the shopping behaviour of customers or support our clients’ strategic objectives.
Many campaigns will be short-term and tactical, and there will always be multiple campaigns on the go at any one time. You'll be working with one of New Zealand’s biggest FMCG organisations – Foodstuffs.
We're looking for someone who brings:
- 4+ years’ experience, ideally in direct marketing
- A passion for data-driven marketing, and all aspects of campaign delivery
- Great organisational skills to succeed in a fast-paced environment
You’ll work well under pressure and manage competing priorities well to achieve deadlines. You will know how to leverage opportunities to help Loyalty and our client deliver.
We need a team player, who knows the value of sharing information and collaborating to achieve our goals. You will be accepting of new challenges and show initiative to help us do things better, faster and more efficiently!
