Who is Loyalty NZ?

Loyalty New Zealand is New Zealand’s expert in loyalty, and runs the largest and most comprehensive coalition loyalty programme in New Zealand – Fly Buys.  In addition to this Loyalty New Zealand undertakes a range of marketing services for clients including customer insights, analytics, modelling and reporting under its brand LAB360.

The Role

We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager – someone passionate, motivated and delivery focused. This role will allow you to deliver results for our client – one of NZ’s largest insurance companies - deploying data-led insights and campaigns successfully into a complex environment. You’ll gain a meaningful understanding of our client’s solutions, technologies and business to maximise our ability to offer strategic support and insight.

Key elements of this role are:

  • Client Delivery – ensuring the team deliver on time to the standard required
  • Providing leadership and coaching to the data delivery team
  • Developing and maintaining a strong relationship with the client, and with internal stakeholders

We’re looking for someone who can bring:

  • An ability to predict issues & problems and act to prevent them
  • An understanding of data structures, and how data can be used to solve complex problems
  • Clear & confident communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Programme management experience
  • Experience leading a team of subject matter experts

A history in insurance or banking (or similar complex industry) is a plus. This role is client facing, so experience in a client facing role is a preferred, but not a necessity.
