I get bored very quickly with jobs that don’t challenge me, but since I started with Loyalty back in Sep 2017 I haven’t had a single day without challenges which gives me great job satisfaction and outweighs any stress and hard work. It is by far the most rewarding role I have had yet!

I like to work here because of the top notch culture and management support for continued learning on the job while rewarding hard work. Loyalty truly values people on a personal level, which makes the hardest days just as great.

In terms of nuts and bolts of my job, it involves spreadsheets and numbers and a lot of problem solving. I’ve always enjoyed working with the awesome finance team and look forward to discovering new ways to serve the organization little better.
