Since joining Loyalty in 2019 I have seen the company go through a brand re-launch, a global pandemic, a new e-commerce platform and a fantastic new customer proposition that ensures Kiwis choose how they want to be rewarded. Coming from a locally-owned business to one of New Zealand’s top loyalty programmes, it has been the most rewarding move I could have made for my career.
The emphasis Loyalty plays on company culture is second to none. Even on your hardest days you can always count on someone to have your back. It is a fun, fast paced and exciting workplace, and everyone is always on the move. There’s flexibility to work from home which adds good balance to the week, as do the social elements like ‘Fun Food Friday’ and Friday drinks.
I enjoy coming to work because of the varied roles we play in the Rewards Team. From working with different suppliers to reviewing sales performance - there is a lot of spreadsheets mixed in with creative briefs and designing exciting new customer experiences for the Flybuys Store. Since working at Loyalty I have gained a bunch of new experiences and seen my peers do so too!
